1. Overview

The Subscribe & Save program (“Subscription”) is an automatic renewal service that allows customers to receive recurring product deliveries on a monthly basis at a subscriber price. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Enrollment & Authorization

By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis without further authorization, until the subscription is canceled.

3. Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date of the initial order.
  
• The applicable subscriber price will be charged at each billing cycle.
  
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles only.
  

4. Subscription Management

• Subscriptions can be managed exclusively through your customer account.
  
• Cancellation is permitted at any time via your account dashboard.
  
• To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled billing date.
  
• Skipping, pausing, or modifying delivery schedules is not permitted.
  

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Each subscription order is processed automatically upon successful billing.
  
• Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
  
• Shipping times, methods, and fees are subject to our general Shipping Policy.
  

6. Returns & Refunds

• Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
  
• Approved refunds will be issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
  
• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  

7. Failed Payments

• If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge using the provided payment method.
  
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be successfully processed.
  

8. Promotions & Eligibility

• Subscriber pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
  
• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.
  

9. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscribe & Save program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect orders already processed.

10. Communication

By enrolling in the Subscription, you agree to receive transactional communications, including but not limited to billing confirmations, order updates, and important notices related to your subscription.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Subscription program.

12. Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions form part of our general Terms of Service and shall be governed accordingly.
