Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

During high season, a high volume of orders or other events that are outside of our control, a processing time of your orders might increase. In case processing of your order takes longer than you expect, please, reach us via info@mfa-trade.de  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free standard shipping (1-10 days) within the European Union member states for all orders above 50 EUR and free expedited shipping (1-3 days) for all orders above 100 EUR. If your order is below this, then the price of shipping will be calculated individually based on the weight & dimensions of the products (s) you order.

To preview the calculated shipping rate, add the desired items to your cart and go to the checkout. After inserting your shipping information, you will be able to see the shipping rates.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you would like to return an item or receive a refund, please, have a look at our Refund Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mfa-trade.de with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
