Do these masks contain any allergens?

No. This is the main reason they are not flavored. We wanted to create something with lowest likelihood of any side effects. Thus, these masks are 100% hypoallergenic.

Do I need to heat it before use?

No. These masks heat up automatically. You just need to open the envelope, take the mask out and tear it along the doted line. Once the inside of the masks gets in contact with oxygen, the reaction starts immediately, and you will start feeling soft gentle heat already a few minutes after.

Can I reuse these masks?

Definitely not. These masks are single-use only and can be disposed right after usage. Do not attempt to heat it manually or reuse in any other way.
